How it works

• Purchase this repair item on our site.

• Pack your controller securely and mail it to: Premium Controllerz, RMA (your order number), 44047 N. 43rd Ave, Suite 75334, Phoenix, AZ 85087.

• Write your order number after "RMA" on the address line so we can match the controller to your repair.

• Include your PayPal receipt and order number in the package.

• We replace the analog thumbstick module and ship your controller back to you.
